Finding a new office that captured the essence of Soho was a top priority. However, such a sought-after location comes with its own set of challenges, particularly a lack of supply due to high demand. To address this, several creative solutions were explored, including exclusive off-market opportunities accessible only through Hive Real Estate.

The result of this collaborative effort was a stunning office space on Wardour Street, secured in partnership with Workpad. The new location not only met the functional requirements of Story Of Home but also encapsulated the essence of Soho, where historic architecture meets contemporary design.

We absolutely love our new office, the stunning architecture and beautiful windows make it an inspiring space we’re proud to call home. Mark’s service was outstanding from start to finish.
