When Grant and Simon first discussed finding a new office space, their vision was clear: they wanted a place that would inspire their team, spark creativity, and re-invigorate the sense of community which had been impacted by their current space.

The challenge? Their large team operates in a hybrid model. Not everyone comes into the office every day, so the space had to balance being a consistent hub for core team members while also accommodating the ebb and flow of others on flexible schedules. It needed to feel welcoming and functional, whether it was hosting five people or twenty.

After understanding their needs, we set out to find an office that could do just that—and we found the perfect match.

Techspace Goswell Road is everything we could have wished for in an office; spacious, located centrally with great transport links, and well equipped with latest technology. The office has a welcoming feel and we’re loving the positive impact that’s having on our culture. 

Nestled in a vibrant corner of the city, their new office combines thoughtful design with flexible functionality. The space boasts an open-plan layout infused with natural light, fostering collaboration and creativity. Large, communal tables encourage spontaneous conversations and idea-sharing, while private pods and meeting rooms provide quieter corners for focused work or client calls. The versatility of the layout ensures it’s as effective for a handful of team members on a quiet Tuesday as it is for a bustling full-team Thursday.

For Grant and Simon, creating a sense of belonging was paramount. The office’s welcoming atmosphere is accentuated by carefully curated decor—warm woods, soft textiles, and greenery bring the outdoors in.

But it wasn’t just about aesthetics. Practicality played a crucial role in the decision-making process. The building offers state-of-the-art technology to support hybrid working, from seamless video conferencing facilities to air purification systems. A shared rooftop terrace provides a breath of fresh air and an inspiring backdrop for casual meetings or after-work gatherings.

The transition into this new space marks an exciting chapter for Peridot Partners. It’s more than an office; it’s a home base for a team driven by purpose, a space where meaningful work takes shape every day.
